4 H Development Builders Inc. is a family owned and operated construction company based in Phoenix, Arizona.
4 H Dev. Builders is a Residential and Commercial Remodeling, Tenant Improvement and Service & Maintenance Contractor.
We are often asked what 4 H stands for?
The answer is: We named it for what we are most proud of and that is our
4 children, added with the “H” from our last name.
Denise Hudgens – President:
Denise has over 20 years in construction background in purchasing, accounting, and project management on commercial and residential projects. She now oversees the day to day administrative operations for the company.
David Hudgens - Vice President:
David has over 20 years of construction background with commercial ground ups, tenant improvements and residential custom homes, remodeling and additions. David oversees the sales and estimating for the company.
Chris Keller - Treasurer / Operations Manager:
Chris has over 6 years experience working on both commercial and residential projects. Chris has partnered with David,
and just so happens to be married to David and Denise’s oldest daughter. Chris project manages and is in charge of the daily operations with the field personnel and projects for the company.
